General Assembly

Dear member!

You are hereby invited to Hafnia HEMA's (much delayed) annual General Assembly of 2025 .

The meeting will take place on the 22nd of November at Korsgadehallen in the Meeting room from 12-14, with fencing afterwards ending at 17.  In case you cannot make it in person to the event, we will set up a Discord call so you can participate online.

   1. Updating the bylaws to reflect the current club direction and achievements since the first assembly in 2023.
      Specificity, § 1, stk 1,§ 3 , Skt 1 , § 5, suggestion (either remove or update to reflect the current pricing).  See the website for our Bylaws.
